Instructions:
Watch this video https://youtu.be/Z8P070kC3oo to learn how to create dimensional roses with the Classic Rose Collection.

My card is 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.  Make card base and cover with a piece of the paper collection.  Cut a piece of the chipboard flourish and paint with the acrylic paint and set aside to dry. When it is dry emboss it with the gold embossing powder and glue it down on the card front.  Next stamp, cut out, color and form the roses and leaves.  Once the roses and leaves have been shaped and formed, emboss them with the gold embossing powder.  Decide how you want them to be arranged on your card and glue down.  Next I cut out one of the sentiments from the paper collection and backed it with a coordinating piece of paper and then ruffled it a bit and I used Scor-tape to adhere it to the card front.
